askHomer Live Online Reference Service
askHomer Live lets you ask questions and get answers in real time, from the staff at the University Libraries. askHomer Live is available
Monday through Wednesday || 10am – 9pm,
Thursday || 10am – 7pm, and
Friday || 10am – 5pm.
askHomer Live will be available during the spring and fall semesters. It will be unavailable on holidays, days the library is closed, and the day after Thanksgiving.
The askHomer Live service is for students, faculty, staff, and other affiliates of the University of Connecticut.
askHomer E-mail Reference Service
The askHomer E-mail service is a forum for asking and answering more involved information and reference research questions. Questions will be forwarded to a reference librarian, and will be answered within two business days.
